Care can start as soon as your site launches. We built it, so there’s nothing to hand over.
Custom-coded, built elsewhere.
We review the code and how it’s hosted first. If it’s a fit, the site moves to our hosting, billed separately, and your plan starts from there.
On WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify? We don’t maintain those platforms. If the platform is what’s holding the site back, a rebuild may be the better move.
A few questions about care
Can you look after a site someone else built?
If it’s custom-coded, often yes. We review the code and hosting first, and if it’s a fit, the site moves to our hosting and your plan starts. We don’t maintain WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify sites.
What counts as a small content change?
Quick edits like updating text, swapping an image or fixing a link, within your plan’s monthly time: 30 minutes on Care+ and an hour on Partner. Care doesn’t include content changes.
Do I need a care plan?
No, care is optional. Your website project is a one-time price, and a care plan is a separate monthly subscription.
What if I skip or cancel care?
You keep your site. We hand over the code and access so you, or a developer you choose, can take over hosting and upkeep.
